Wow Stan, what a great gift this email is... we're coming up on 5 years since Dad's passing and every time I hear from someone who knew him -- someone whose life he touched, it reaffirms the purpose and meaning a single life can have in the world. Dad's interaction with people was a great gift to so many, yet the irony of it all is that it was he who felt like he'd been given the gift. He loved discourse with others and was so pleased whenever he had a chance to engage himself with someone like you... someone who wouldn't necessarily agree with him -- that wasn't what he wanted -- but what he wanted was the "experience".
